Pickup terms

These terms apply when you request a pickup from We Haul Tech.

Your items

You confirm the items are yours, or that you have permission to give them away. We don't accept items we believe may be stolen.

Ownership

Items become our property when we take them from your home. After that we can't return them. We may reuse, resell, donate or recycle them. We don't pay for items.

Prices

We confirm your price by phone before pickup. If the items turn out to be very different from your request, we'll agree a new price with you before we take anything.

Your data

Please copy anything you want to keep before pickup. Erased data can't be recovered. We erase the storage in every computer and phone we receive, or destroy it if it can't be erased. Please remove memory cards and SIM cards.

Cancelling

You can cancel at no cost at any time before we take your items.

Items we can't take

We may refuse items that are unsafe to carry or transport, including damaged batteries.
