What we collect

Your name, phone number, address, email if you give it, details of your items, and any photos you send. We only collect what we need to arrange your pickup.

How we use it

To call you, give you a price, and arrange and complete your pickup. We keep basic pickup records, such as what was collected and its weight, because business and recycling rules require them.

Who sees it

We don't sell your information or send you marketing. Your request is stored by our website host, Netlify.
